All Media intending to attend and cover the West Coast Air Show in a professional capacity are required to apply for media accreditation.

Organisers of the West Coast Air Show consider the Media Pass to be a working tool for people from the press and aviation photographers. All successfully accredited media personnel will be eligible for a Media Pass.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION QUESTIONNAIRE

Thank you for your interest in the West Coast Airshow. To ensure that media accreditation for the West Coast Airshow is granted to qualified individuals, the applicant needs to complete the following questionnaire. Please try and answer as many questions as possible.

Please note, ALL fields are required.

QUESTIONNAIRE

1. Name and affiliation: What is your full name, and which media organisation do you represent? Also indicate if you are a freelancer.

2. Contact details: email and mobile number

3. Role and experience: What is your role in the media organisation, and how many years of experience do you have in covering aviation events or similar shows?

4. Coverage plan: What is your plan for covering the West Coast Airshow? Please provide a brief outline of the articles, reports, or multimedia content you intend to produce.

5. Audience reach: Describe your media outlet's audience and reach. How many readers, viewers, or followers does your platform have?

6. Previous event coverage: Have you covered airshows or aviation events in the past? If so, please provide examples or links to your previous work.

7. Specialised knowledge: Do you have any specialised knowledge or expertise in the aviation industry that will enhance your coverage of the West Coast Airshow?

8. Equipment and resources: What type of equipment and resources will you be using to capture and produce your coverage of the event?

9. Distribution plan: How do you plan to distribute your coverage of the West Coast Airshow to your audience?

10. Collaboration opportunities: Are you open to collaborating with the West Coast Airshow's media team or other media organisations to enhance your coverage and provide a comprehensive perspective of the event? If you are an aviation photographer or videographer, will you be open to sharing your images or videos with our media team? Materials could be used on the air show website and social media platforms. It may also be included in our press kit. The use of all materials always include credit to the maker. 10.
