AIRSHOW 2025

Safety & Security:

Your safety is our top priority at the West Coast Air Show. We kindly request that you adhere to the following strict rules to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience:

  • Display Box: The Display Box is a demarcated area where the public is not allowed to ensure ground safety. Please respect this boundary.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Rest assured; we have an emergency evacuation plan in place. In the event of an emergency, safety personnel, and security will execute emergency contingency and communication plans to keep you safe. Follow the designated route indicated for emergency personnel. Emergency medical and fire rescue teams will be on standby to aid if needed.

Throughout the show, there will be fully operational security and emergency teams on-site. However, we advise all attendees to take standard precautionary measures applicable to any crowded environment. Keep an eye on your children and personal belongings, such as handbags, cell phones, and cameras.

Safety of Children:

We prioritize the safety of children attending the air show. To ensure their well-being, please take note of the following:

  • All children under the age of 13 should have a contact address and telephone number with them.
  • Parents or guardians are urged to closely supervise their children throughout the event.
  • In the unfortunate event of a lost child, please approach any on-site security personnel or volunteers who will inform the event organisers.

Medical/First Aid:

We have medical services on-site. If you require immediate medical attention, please approach any on-site security personnel or volunteers, and they will direct you to the designated medical stand.

Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. By following these guidelines and being vigilant, we can ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone at the West Coast Air Show.

Prohibited Items:

The public is prohibited at the airport from bringing alcohol, own food or drinks, umbrellas, picnic baskets, ‘laser lights’, firearms (including air guns), knives or any other items deemed, at the Security’s sole discretion, to be a weapon or an item that could possibly hurt or interfere with the experience of our visitors.
